This page (together with the documents referred to on it) explains the terms and conditions on which smirrors.com sells any of the products listed on our website www.smirrors.com  to you. Please read these terms and conditions very carefully before ordering any Products from our site.

 

By placing an order through www.smirrors.com you confirm that you accept the current terms and conditions together with our Privacy Policy, regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or to make a purchase as a non-registered customer. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, do not use our online store.

HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND SmirrorS

● After placing an order through www.smirrors.com, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please NOTE that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you a confirmation e-mail that your order is being processed. When you get the Processing Confirmation, only then will the Contract between you and SmirrorS be formed.

● If you make a mistake with your order, you may be able to correct any mistakes made by email prior to your order being processed. If your order has already been processed you will be unable to amend your order. If your order has already been dispatched, please return the Products to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.

CUSTOMERS RIGHTS

As a customer of www.smirrors.com, you may cancel a Contract at any time within 14 business days starting from the day after you received the products. If you want to cancel your contract you need to first notify us at: info@smirrors.com

DELIVERY

Your order should be delivered for free (in the territory of  the Republic of Bulgaria) within 5 working days from the date of a confirmation e-mail, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

YOUR RIGHT FOR A REFUND

If you as a customer wish to cancel your order within the Cancellation Period (within 14 business days starting from the day after you received the products), then you will receive a full refund of the price paid for your order within 14 days starting from the day we receive the products back from you.

Please bear in mind we can make a deduction from your refund for any damage or wear and tear of the returned products.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The prices payable for the products are shown on our website

Payments shall be made through the delivery courier or through banck transfer. 

Prices are subject to change without any notice but changes will not apply to orders which has already accepted.
